For the Culture
Code of Conduct

The For the Culture Standard

At For the Culture, our community is built on discipline, respect, and responsibility. Every member, student, instructor, and guest is expected to uphold the standards that protect the integrity of our training environment and the safety of everyone involved.

Participation in any For the Culture class, event, or club activity means committing to the principles outlined below.

These guidelines are not suggestions, THEY ARE THE STANDARD.

Safety Above All

Safety is the foundation of everything we do.

All participants must:

  • Always Follow the Four Universal Rules of Firearms Safety

  • Immediately comply with all instructor and range safety officer commands

  • Handle firearms only when instructed and in designated safe areas

  • Maintain muzzle discipline and trigger awareness at all times

  • Treat every firearm as if it is loaded

Any unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from the class or facility.

Respect for Others

For the Culture is committed to maintaining a respectful, professional environment for all participants.

Members and guests are expected to:

  • Treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect

  • Maintain a professional attitude during training and events

  • Encourage a supportive learning environment

  • Avoid disruptive or disrespectful behavior

Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or aggressive conduct will not be tolerated.

Responsibility and Accountability

Responsible firearm ownership requires maturity and discipline.

Participants must:

  • Follow all local, state, and federal firearm laws

  • Arrive prepared with appropriate equipment and materials

  • Take training seriously and remain attentive during instruction

  • Accept guidance and correction from instructors

For the Culture reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who demonstrate irresponsible behavior.

No Intoxication or Impairment

For the safety of all participants:

  • Alcohol, drugs, or any form of impairment are strictly prohibited during training and firearms related events

  • Anyone suspected of being under the influence will be immediately dismissed from the course or event without refund

Clear judgment is essential for responsible firearms training.

Equipment Standards

Participants are responsible for ensuring their equipment is safe and appropriate for training.

This includes:

  • Properly functioning firearms

  • Correct ammunition for their firearm

  • Safe holsters and gear when required

  • Compliance with all instructor equipment guidelines

Instructors reserve the right to inspect equipment and deny use if safety concerns are identified.

Photography and Privacy

To respect the privacy of our members and guests:

  • Photography and video recording may be restricted during certain classes or events

  • Participants should obtain permission before photographing others

  • For The Culture may capture photos for promotional use during approved events

Commitment to the Community

For the Culture is more than a training organization, it’s a community.

We expect our members to represent the values of the organization with integrity both inside and outside of our events.

These values include:

  • Discipline

  • Education

  • Responsibility

  • Respect for the law

  • Commitment to safety

Enforcement

Failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in:

  • Removal from the training session or event

  • Suspension from future courses or membership

  • Permanent dismissal from For the Culture programs

Our responsibility is to maintain a safe and professional environment for everyone.
