Membership in For the Culture represents more than participation in training or events. It represents a commitment to responsibility, education, and community.
Our members are individuals who understand that firearm ownership carries both privilege and accountability. They choose to train with intention, stay informed, and surround themselves with a community that values discipline, safety, and personal growth.
For The Culture was built to create an environment where knowledge is respected, preparation is encouraged, and every member contributes to a culture rooted in responsibility.
Through membership, individuals gain access to training opportunities, community events, educational resources, and a network of professionals who share a common standard.
This is not simply about firearms.

Standard Membership
One-time initiation fee of $25
$20/Month
(Pro-rated quarterly for mid-year applicants)

Requirements to Join

A good attitude and safe gun handling!

Illinois Residents must have a valid Firearm Owners Identification card (F.O.I.D) or able to obtain one.

All applicants must be 21 years of age, or sponsored by an adult with a valid F.O.I.D.

A copy of your F.O.I.D. must be attached to the application.

Sponsorship of two FTC Members in good standing.
(If applying without sponsorship, please contact the club to arrange a meeting at the club)

Your application will go in front of the Board at the next Board of Directors meeting.

These meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month.
The club requires a one-time initiation fee
Guest policy:
You are encouraged to bring guests to promote membership at FTC.
Members will pay a $20 guest fee per guest; however the same guest may only attend 3 times per year.
Memberships are renewed every January.
Renewals after Jan 31 will incur a late fee.
