Acknowledgment of Risk

I understand that participation in firearms training, range activities, and related events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Serious bodily injury

• Permanent disability

• Death

• Property damage

 

I acknowledge that these risks may arise from my own actions, the actions of others, equipment, or conditions of the training environment.

 

I voluntarily choose to participate in all activities associated with For the Culture Gun/Social Club.

 

Assumption of Responsibility

I agree to:

• Follow all instructions provided by instructors and staff

• Adhere to all firearms safety rules at all times

• Handle all firearms in a safe and responsible manner

• Immediately notify staff of any unsafe conditions

 

I understand that failure to follow safety rules may result in immediate removal from training or events.

 

Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge:

For The Culture Gun/Social Club, its owners, instructors, staff, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to:

• Personal injury

• Property damage

• Loss or death

 

whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

Hold Harmless & Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless For the Culture and its representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from my participation.

 

Medical Acknowledgment

I certify that:

• I am physically and mentally capable of participating

• I am not under the influence of drugs or alcohol

• I will not participate if impaired in any way

I understand that no medical services are guaranteed on-site.

 

Equipment Responsibility

I acknowledge that:

• I am responsible for the safe condition and operation of my own firearm and equipment

• I will use only appropriate ammunition

• I will follow all range and equipment guidelines

 

Photo & Media Release

I grant permission for For the Culture to use photos/videos of me for marketing and promotional purposes.

 

Legal Compliance

I certify that:

• I am legally allowed to possess and handle firearms

• I will comply with all local, state, and federal laws

 

Agreement & Understanding

I have read and fully understand this Waiver & Release Agreement.

I understand that by signing this document, I am giving up certain legal rights.

I sign this agreement freely and voluntarily.
